1.
All computers come with a standard 1-YEAR PARTS/LABOR and 3 YEAR Limited
TECH support warranty.
2.
Warranty covers only the original parts/software that came with the
computer and is stated on the customers invoice.
3. Warranty applies to the original customer only.

Warranty applies to any repairs caused by normal use of computer. This warranty does not cover any damaged related to fire, water, theft,
natural disasters, or power surges.
5. 1 Year Parts Labor Warranty covers the following:
· Repairs/replacement parts for 1 year from original invoice date.
· Original Operating System installed by Stoffa’s Computer Repairs
and Software purchased with the computer.
· All Labor/Troubleshooting Fees for 1 year.
· All replacement hardware will be the same make/model as the
original. If same make/model part
is unable to be used for replacement the part will be replaced with one that is
of the same quality or better.
· All replacement hardware will be shipped to the customer or the
customer can bring the computer to Stoffa’s Computer Repairs for
diagnostics/replacement. The
customer is responsible for shipping the failed hardware to Stoffa’s Computer
Repairs. Once the failed hardware
has been received it will be diagnosed. If
a replacement is needed it will be ordered and sent to the customer or replaced. If the hardware is found operational then the part will be returned to
the customer, which shipping will be paid by the customer.
· * Additional 1 or 2
Year Parts Labor Warranty may be purchased at the time of purchase and up to 1
year from the original purchase date. Notification
will be sent via e-mail when warranty period is near expiration.
6. 3 Year Limited Tech Support covers the following:
· Troubleshooting and Phone support for original Operating System
and Software purchased with the computer.
· Troubleshooting and Phone support for original parts purchased
with the computer.
· * Notifications by
e-mail of Critical System Updates/Patches for software purchased with computer.
· * Periodic Discounted
System Upgrades Offers sent via E-Mail.
7. All computers come with a 15 day return policy which a 15% restocking fee
applied for all returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges
on all returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

UNDELIVERED/UNCHECKED E-MAIL SENT BY STOFFA’S COMPUTER REPAIRS.
